ActivIdentity Certified Professional training courses are instructor-led, hands-on courses which are targeted at customers or partners who need to get a thorough technical understanding of ActivIdentity solutions. A certification test is run on the last day of the training. Participants who complete the course successfully obtain the ActivIdentity Certified Professional status on the specific solution.
The FARGO Authorized Service Provider (ASP) program is open to all qualified FARGO Solution Providers. Authorized Service Providers may repair printers that are both in and out of warranty coverage. Authorized Service Providers will receive referrals from Technical Support, increased discounts on replacement parts and an Authorized Service Provider Plaque. To become a FARGO Authorized Service Provider, you must complete FARGO's comprehensive training program. This in-depth program provides instruction on analysis, service and repair of FARGO equipment.
The purpose of the pivCLASS Training program is to enable partners to provide level 1 & 2 support for the pivCLASS solution. The training program is made up of online pre-requisite training as well as instructor led training for hands on experience. Upon completion of training, attendees will be expected to field all level 1 & 2 Technical support request from their customers. Certification is required in order to offer some parts of the solution to customers.
