Developer Services - Standard Program

HID Global Standard Services package offers technical support, return merchandise authorization (RMA) and training through the HID Academy, and is part of the services offered to all HID Global customers.

  • Technical Support - HID's Developers have access to a world class project management and engineering staff devoted to aid in the development and testing process.

  • RMA Services - HID's standard return merchandise authorization (RMA) helps Developers to ensure that current RMA conditions are met, without maintaining customer stock.

  • Training - HID offers Developers extensive training on Genuine HID embedded products and solutions that are integrated with the new applications.
