Dear Valued Customer,
As part of HID Global's on-going efforts to make it easier for our customers to do business with us, we are pleased to announce a newly updated and consolidated General Sales Policy and associated Warranty Policy. The updated Policies will go into effect and govern all orders confirmed by HID Global on or after July 1, 2010.
The consolidated Policies provide one set of sales and warranty terms for all HID Global products and locations worldwide with specific regional terms clearly defined for customers in Asia Pacific, the EU, and U.K. They also clarify language, provide for streamlined document administration, and simplify product warranty information.
Please be sure to read and understand the entirety of the new documents, especially the territory-specific Riders attached to and modifying the Americas-based version of the General Sales Policy document. While our purpose in making the revision is to preserve and clarify our sales and warranty policies, there are many changes in the updated documents.
The updated Policies will go into effect and govern all orders confirmed by HID Global on or after July 1, 2010.
