As a Country Manager in Corporate Strategy Department you will need to build and execute HID Global’s strategy for Indonesia to drive dynamic and profitable growth. You will also need to be responsible for developing new businesses, strengthening customer relationship, and bringing customer insights into our emerging markets strategy. You will lead our business development efforts in Indonesia by acquiring new customers and expanding our share of business with existing customers, in close collaboration with all 6 business areas and you are accountable for establishing and strengthening relationship with our customers and partners while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

 

What you will be doing

  • Execute local market development strategy to drive all short- and long-term business goals and objectives, in collaboration with all 6 business areas
  • Identify strategic synergies and acquisitions for growth, and operational leverage for cost optimization
  • Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide inputs on future requirements (product innovation, operational best practices, etc.) to expand our addressable market
  • Lead the local team by driving high performance culture and demonstrating admirable leadership behaviors
  • Abide, support and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, HID Global’s policies, procedures and the code of conduct

 

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of business experience with progressive responsibilities driving growth
  • Drives initiatives to achieve organizational targets; able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions; continually seeks ways to improve process; demonstrates creative, cost-effective solutions
  • Builds and strengthens customer relationships; finds better ways to meet customer needs; acts ethically, maintaining the highest personal and professional integrity
  • Works well in complex matrix organizations by building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills; networks outside and inside the organization and builds positive relationships with key individuals and groups
  • Ability to think strategically, absorb complex business issues and assess business requirements to ensure alignment to corporate objectives
  • Proven experience in business analytics and product management based on in-depth understanding of market needs and business standards in emerging markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics or Engineering, Masters a plus
  • Country Manager experience is a plus
  • Experience in technology or security industry is a plus
