As Director of Recurring Revenue Business Development at HID Global, your mission will be to ensure profitable growth from recurring revenue streams and be in charge of developing the division’s set-up, rules and routines in collaboration with our six global Business Units and the other global functions.

You will aim to develop and implement necessary processes, tools, KPIs, models and routines to secure strong and sustainable recurring revenue growth across the entire company. You will also align with the wider ASSA ABLOY Group and other Divisions to share best practices.

You will report directly to SVP Commercial Excellence and Business Development and be based in our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX.

About you

We see you as both subject matter expert in the field of recurring revenue models as well as business oriented and communicative leader with interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. You are commercial and sales focused, and you get energized by working in an environment characterized by speed and change.

You know that in order to reach the overall objectives you will need to both analyze, plan, communicate, follow up and through, give constructive feedback and be flexible in making swift corrections in order to meet all agreed business objectives.

To succeed in this role you will need to have experience and good track record from working within recurring revenue models in preferably new technology sectors. We expect you to have experience in working in complex matrix organizations in an international environment and we believe that you have been working in a subject matter expert or general management position, having good understanding and knowledge in order and renewal management, revenue recognition and reporting, subscription building and e-invoicing, CRM systems, strategic pricing supported by SaaS performance metrics and analytics.

Good communication skills, attention to details, good planning skills and consistency are equally essential to succeed in this role. Bachelor degree in finance/economics or engineering is a valuable asset, Masters Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
