As our Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Partner with and advise Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy, and attracting top talent for open positions.
  • You will lead intake meetings, get to know the manager, their team dynamics, and the skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into the role, while adding value as an individual and team member.
  • Use market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and develops a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join.
  • Gain insight as to where individuals with their targeted skills look for opportunities and where they hang out socially (possible networking opportunity.)
  • On a strategic level you will lead our technical recruitment branding efforts as well as organize and attend recruitment events.
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment for a variety of openings, leveraging our TA Coordinators as needed for scheduling, offer letter generation and background check management.
  • Use sophisticated candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent - this should include LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks/driving referrals and other ethical techniques to uncover passive talent.
  • Understand interdependencies between functions (e.g. Mobility, Comp, Immigration, etc.) and adjusts recruiting strategy to align.
  • Lead the screening of applicants, recommend top talent to Hiring Managers, manage the end-to-end interview processes, and create a successful candidate experience through to offer and hand-off to onboarding.
  • Take keen interest and ownership of the data/reporting and KPI’s for your recruitment funnel/reqs.
  • Embrace opportunities to participate in TA projects and wider HR team projects.
  • Collaboratively partner with HR Colleagues: Operations, Business Partners and Compensation/Rewards.
  • Seek solutions and work to problem solve as challenges arise that may impede collaboration, recruitment delivery or the team’s success.
  • Train, mentor, and guide new team members.

  • A Marketing and Sales approach to talent attraction and acquisition.

Your background includes:

  • 5+ years of overall technical recruiting experience - in a fast-growth technology company – or - 3+ years of corporate experience and 2+ of agency recruiting expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and filling mid to senior level technical/engineering roles.
  • A love for mentoring others and lifting people up – interest in a ‘growth mindset’.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a recruiting workload across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management with a responsible, collaborative, and communicative approach.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in technology companies.
