Technical Lead, 8 to 10 years’ experience in Java development, on Linux and Windows, experience in project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Within the Engineering team, you will lead the team technically, contribute to design, develop plan, provide partner support & sustaining of Authentication As A Service product line.

  • Implement new features and maintain existing features of production pipeline
  • Work with architects, project managers, Product Owners and other engineers to assure accurate timelines and deliverables are planned related to sustaining.
  • Communicate effectively with all stake holders
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to find elegant, long-term solutions as well as creative quick fixes to problems. Assure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Be the first technical point of contact from Engg team for other teams related to support & sustaining, manage Engg sustaining team.
  • Troubleshooting, bug fixes, profiling of items in sustaining backlog
  • As part of sustaining gather requirements and create technical specifications as needed
  • Prepare sustaining project plan & apply resources according to the approved plan.
  • Assume responsibility for the full lifecycle of your code, from implementation to testing to user acceptance to deployment
  • Define process, document & implement the same related to sustaining activity.
  • Working in high-velocity, agile team
  • Lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or an equivalent required
  • 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Application/Solution Development.
  • Expert hands-on proficiency in Developing Applications using Java.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of scalability, security, high availability and operational requirements
  • Knowledge in any one of the cloud-based technologies
  • Experience in leading team technically.
  • Experience with full product lifecycle
  • Experience with Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting customer issues.

Language Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, international technical standards, etc.

Technical Skills
Skills (must), Strong knowledge of

  • Java
  • Scripting: Unix shell, Python
  • Good in Design patterns & Multithreading


  • Systems: Windows, Linux, VMware ESX
  • Configuration management: Mercurial or GIT or Synergy or Clear case or CVS
