What you will be doing

Mercury Security is part of HID Global’s business unit Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS), the provider of trusted identities to the world’s people, places and things.  As a leader in the commercial security industry designing and manufacturing embedded controllers, Mercury Security is continuously seeking to expand business opportunities for OEM partners in the UK, Europe, and Middle Eastern regions.

We are therefore currently looking for an exceptional individual who will educate key contacts on Mercury’s product portfolio and evangelizing the Authentic Mercury open system philosophy, while capturing business opportunities for our OEM business partners. 

 

The person in this critical role will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing over this business group. It is an exciting opportunity as we venture into new territory with innovative technology of facility security and access control.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with physical access control and physical security technology and a minimum of 5 years in sales management with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. We are seeking a role model who can drive awareness on Mercury’s open market strategy and maintain key relationships with consultants, OEM partner integrators and strategic end users. The perfect candidate will represent Mercury at OEM hosted partner events and drive revenue growth of Mercury through consultant relationships and influence.

You must be able to work from a home office setting.

 

Candidate must have outstanding consultative selling abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills with “C” suite. 

 

Travel and fieldwork will be a feature of this role, therefore you must possess or can acquire a valid passport and driver license.
