Commercial Transformation Consultant (REQ 1195)

 

Location: Global Opportunity, Amsterdam preferred

 

The Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) Commercial Transformation Consultant (CTC) supports functions essential to the PACS commercial teams, ultimately driving productivity and efficiency using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other analytical and methodology tools. The CTC will have an overarching perspective of the PACS sales strategy and targets to map to SFDC usage and to reduce admin for sales teams. The CTC will monitor the company’s KPIs and analyze its data to make recommendations on what to evaluate and improve. CTC determines what is feasible, what is desirable, but also the path to follow to achieve it. He must identify the risks and overcome them. This position will collaborate closely with PACS Business Area (BA) functions, particularly Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product Development/Management, Operations, Technical Support, Finance, etc. to assure alignment of resources and activities critical to sales effectiveness and to connect all these functions in order to promote a corporate culture around sales enablement. The CTC will work with cross-functional resources, ensure maintenance of sales pipeline information, and provide general sales support as needed. The CTC will have responsibility for managing operational support for the PACS sales, presales, service teams including guidance for Security Solutions and Business Units (BUs) globally.

You not only know how to build the right dashboard and KPIs but based on the data you can derive recommendation, anticipate trends and know how to interpret multiple and complex data and context elements in a way that allow business leaders to make sounded decisions.
  • You have worked with Accounting, Finance & Human Resources (HR) before to provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation policies and procedures.
  • You have a Salesforce.com Admin or equivalent Salesforce certification with great Microsoft Excel Skills, your knowledge on database management (Oracle EBS) is a plus.
  • The ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects, paying close attention to detail with minimal supervision come naturally to you.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 7+ years Salesforce.com experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent education plus relevant work experience
  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge on statistical analysis tools is a plus
  • Past experience in consultancy is a plus
  • Marketing Automation experience a plus
  • ERP system experience preferred (Oracle EBS, SAP or comparable)
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Outlook, Word, Visio)
