You will be part of the team working on Assa Abloy Seos technology and will contribute to the innovation, creation and enablement of Seos technology into smart devices and the ecosystem.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the agile teams on radical cross-functional collaboration in large scale internal and external projects
  • Establish change at work that increases productivity of the agile teams
  • Identify and remove impediment that limit the work or progress of the teams
  • Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions
  • Facilitate scrum meetings and optimize the process
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Coach development teams to work with Agile methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience in large-scale, key-customer program management technical knowledge of smart cards, microcontrollers and mobile apps area familiarity of SW solutions JIRA and Miro is beneficial.

Education and/or Experience:       

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master is beneficial but not required)
  • Provable knowledge and experience in agile frameworks and methods (Hands-on experience and a certificate in any of: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Software Development, SAFe, etc., are required)             
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
  • Able to detect unspoken frictions between team members
  • Conflict management skills
  • Enjoys working with people from different culture, and endeavor to make the team happy by improving way of working
  • Able to recognize small wins by helping the team deliver without being in command or control
  • Strong facilitation/negotiation skills
