You will have the blend of product management and commercial expertise ideally gained from the area of physical security or access control systems.  We are looking for someone with proven experience that has translated customer/business requirements into product requirements to successfully lead new product introduction (NPI) teams to align and deliver innovative solutions against established product roadmaps.   In addition, the ideal candidate has real-world experience interfacing with commercial and operational teams, in a regulated environment, to ensure cost targets, forecasts, ramp plans, and lifecycle management are met in the solution roll-out plan. The candidate will work cross functionally with peers from the Solutions, Regional, Marcom, and Sustaining product marketing/management teams to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal and external stakeholders. Given the detailed technical and interdisciplinary nature of the role, we seek a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of product management experience, holding a B.S.
