The Position:

Secure Issuance team is looking for Sales Engineer to support field sales, inside sales and channel partners in closing deals with Customers. You will be the primary technical resource for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. As a member of Secure Issuance team you will be working with various languages and cultures. It would be a great adventure for you!

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Developing, presenting and responding to proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Cooperating with Engineering on specific product or solution custom requirements (CPO) & developments
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products
  • Providing technical and non-technical support to various stakeholders
  • Keeping informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments

What we are looking for:

  • College degree in Engineering/Computer Science is strongly preferred
  • 3+years relevant experience in technical/sales or applications support role
  • 3+ years high tech industry a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing
  • Ability to quickly learn new industries, markets, and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
