Team Leader

(HID-657)

 

Our Secure Issuance team is looking for Team Leader to drive development and test teams dealing with entire portfolio of products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of engineers developing firmware and software solutions including testing
  • Working closely with key stakeholders from multiple departments to meet business objectives
  • Contributing to teams' agile processes from start to finish including: Scrum and Kanban management, deployment and testing methodologies, etc.
  • Set an infectious technical example that encourages others to think outside the box
  • Projects development oversight
  • Assists in determining schedule and budget requirements
  • Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent and at least 4 years, good quality, hands on development and/or testing experience
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in using agile processes and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Improvement)
  • Strong team-building skills and teamwork orientation; ability to coach, mentor and lead by example
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude with a tendency toward action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English
