As a Regional Sales Manager, Secure Issuance, Malaysia and Indo-China in Sales department, you will be responsible for delivering Sales related goals as specified in the Business/Sales Plan for the sales territory consisting primarily Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. You aim to build a pipeline to deliver the company’s solutions to all levels of customers. You also need to work collaboratively with fellow sales consultants, and other business units within the company for all sales related activities. This position is committed to implementing, achieving and exceeding deliverables specified in the business plan.

 

What you will be doing

  • Responsible and accountable for the sales revenue generated throughout the territory and as a result, contributes to the overall generation of growth and sales revenue throughout the region.
  • Aim to exceed specified sales targets detailed in the Business Plan.
  • Drive business development plan for territory.
  • Prioritize sales opportunities to maximize deals closed.
  • Contribute to sales target development process.
  • Contribute to and work collaboratively with a sales team focused on exceeding targets.
  • Develop and maintain timely, accurate and detailed sales information and forecasts in the company sales reporting system (Oracle CRM).
  • Channel management and development with existing distributors for Fargo products and appoint and develop new distributors.
  • Vertical segmentation of end users and effective plan to be put in place to drive the engagement with end users from Pre-sales to final sales closure.
  • Drive project specification into end users for HID products.
  • Strategize on the channel development plan and the vertical business plan to improve the penetration of Fargo business in the assigned region.

 

What we are looking for

  • College degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business strategy development or related field
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
