HID Global/IAMS team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a key sales role, generating significant revenue for the business and focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst achieving high standards of customer satisfaction.
You, will be responsible for generating revenue from selling and renewing maintenance contracts to existing customers; at the same time constantly looking for opportunities to cross sell and upsell other related products. Ideally, you will have an excellent telephone sales manner, along with sales and product experience. This will allow the individual to play a strong role in supporting the Renewals Manager and HID’s growth in Americas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generating relevant reports daily and weekly to identify upcoming renewals
• Data analysis and editing to identify and manage priorities
• Relevant sales communication with both end users and channel partners to determine and successfully close sales opportunities including upsell and cross sell
• Accurate data entry to record all relevant data in Oracle and associated systems to facilitate future renewals accuracy
• Working closely with the Renewals and Sales Managers, develop quotes and order and dispatch samples following up all sales leads relentlessly.
• Data maintenance and cleansing in Salesforce, Oracle and all associated systems as necessary
• Project management support for complex and long-term customer projects to drive through the systems to conclusion
• Proactive support to develop systems to improve efficiencies and partially automate some renewals process
• Support the channel partner relationships and interface within HID as necessary
• Coordinate with Customer Services, Operations and Finance for supporting sales orders and sample orders
• Liaise with internal support teams on satisfying special customer requirements on POs
• Continuous learning of product enhancements. Communicate product updates to customers, including EOL

Required Knowledge / Experience:
• Associate degree or equivalent training and experience of working within a busy customer services or inside sales / renewals environment is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or sales assistant and a demonstrated ability to understand and achieve stretch targets
• Capable of designing and using metrics to deliver meaningful information measuring own performance
• Effective up-to-date telecommunications and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills
• Experience of working on projects and evidence of delivering to deadlines
• Knowledge of the industry, principal actors, and products would be a plus

In addition, successful candidates will have the following profile:
• One other European language skill is strongly preferred
• Depending on the position, fluency in French or German are a must
• Effective selling skills, up to date telecommunication and cold call skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
• Effective and proven database management skills
• Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or long-term tasks and project assignments on time
• Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Must have the ability to work with and deal with various languages and cultures
• Professional appearance and presentation is required
• Must demonstrate customer focused mentality
• Ability to work across multiple teams in multiple locations and encourage collaboration between departments
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language verbally and in writing
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• May involve an occasional business trip or to attend trade shows including international travel, therefore employee must possess a valid passport
• Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems
