HID is seeking an amazing, data-driven digital marketing leader for our Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) Business Area.  The IAMS business area is a Software and SaaS based business at the center of the rapidly growing and exciting space of digital identity. 

As the the Sr. Manager, Inbound Marketing & Digital Engagement, you will build and lead a team responsible for strategic demand generation, digital marketing channel management, and customer acquisition as well as digital campaign execution for the IAMS Business Area. This team will also be responsible for the strategic execution and ongoing performance of owned, earned, and paid acquisition channels — including website, blog, email, social media, and various ad platforms.

The position will report to the HID IAMS Managing Director and will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Campaigns and Business Unit Marketing Managers, providing strategic input on campaign development and execution.

Specific responsibilities include collaborating with the IAMS organization to determine the best tactical mix of demand generation activities to drive quality leads — while optimizing conversion funnels and helping to drive maximum pipeline growth.
 

What you will be doing

  • Lead with a compelling strategic vision that supports the company's short and long-term goals and strategic digital transformation plan
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and cross functional teams ensuring the continued development and management of cutting edge Digital Engagement organization
  • Identify, recruit, and retain exceptional talent
  • Develop strategic and operational plans for the Inbound Marketing & Digital Engagement team that aligns with short- and long-term goals and strategic campaign priorities
  • Drive new customer acquisition and topline growth through email, SEM, SEO, and display retargeting focusing on lead generation and pipeline revenue goals
  • Manage the execution of the strategic plan that drives lead generation, improved lead conversion and pipeline revenue
  • Direct and support digital marketing and demand generation strategies across all products/solutions and Business Units in support of stated growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, including managing related demand generation and SEM vendors, social media accounts and web analytics providers
  • Cultivate transparent and robust working relationships across the organization
  • Establish and ensure open communication about the measurement of programmatic and financial performance milestones against stated lead generation goals
  • Maintain ongoing analysis of the customers' digital journey on and offsite to measure the effectiveness of the website, methods, costs, and results
  • Leverage customer insight and continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, friction points, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to build programs that support sales enablement
  • Provide analytics to understand user behavior across all digital channels to help improve website engagement and increase conversions
  • Maximize return through A/B testing, site optimization, content development, and improving the inbound and outbound customer experience
  • Monitor and report on digital performance, and propose continuous improvements based on key metrics, such as email engagement and CTR, web traffic, bounce rates, time on page, form completion, conversion, CPL, CAC, etc.
  • Identify, contextualize, and recommend advancements in demand generation, web and social technologies to improve or create and drive new business opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


What we are looking for    

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, digital marketing or related area.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge in web analytics, SEM and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush. Certifications are a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding and experience working with marketing performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, revenue, LTV and retention).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRMs — specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills.
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to support direct reports and functional colleagues.
  • History of budget management and demonstrated ability to work within fixed budgetary guidelines.
