The position:

The successful Program Manager will manage the New Product Innovation (NPI) process for biometric fingerprint and facial products. Drive various teams (SW and HW Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality) to create, develop, industrialize & qualify new products into the market.

This role will be an individual contributor role were you will manage cross-functional teams and drive project schedule. You will be champion of communication to all levels of the organization for project execution and status and be involved in supporting other critical projects at various points in a product life-cycle as well as non-product continuous improvement projects.

As part of your role you will interface with the following teams: Product Marketing, Business development Team, Software and Hardware Engineering Teams, Supply Chain Management Teams, Quality Team, Operations Team, Supply Chain.

Technical tasks will include:

  • Assure team execution and completion of verification to product specification
  • Assure  team completion of qualification and reliability requirements
  • Assure proper document and source control is being adhered during the NPI process
  • Deliver and qualify new samples linked to market request or customer request.
  • Ensure support in production during product transfer phase.
  • Identify processes improvements (technical or organizational).


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
  • Computer programming and electrical hardware hands-on experience
  • Minimum 5 years working in a Project/Program management role in delivering electronic hardware and software products
  • Background in People Management, able to create a team spirit and must be very good at communicating with people and resolving conflicts
  • Analytic mindset, problem solving oriented
  • Flexible, autonomous, pro-active, capable of multi-tasking, highly motivated
  • SCRUM Agile formal training


Education and/or Experience preferred  not essential

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Understanding of computing system architectures and toolchains
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Scrum master certification or formal Agile (SAFe) certification
