Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Master the capabilities of the system and advice customers on how to most effectively use the solution including modifying customers' existing processes, procedures, work-flow, forms and content.
• Collaborate with the customer’s IT teams to ensure infrastructure is well defined and all required technical pre-requisites and clearly understood.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of HID CrossMatch products with clients, either onsite or online
• Collaborate with clients as needed for any of the following: software implementation, upgrade, problem resolution, Migration, enhancements, specialized reporting, training and rollout during the implementation of the product
• Be able to find the Gap and translate business requirements into technical requirements/system requirements and guide offshore consultant
• Inform client management and relevant personnel of project status.
• Develop and deliver customer training, both onsite and remote.
• Ensuring smooth go live transitions by following HID method of procedures
• Transitioning customers to support and making sure the transition is smooth and seamless
• Identify opportunities to improve the system and disseminate client feedback to the relevant departments within the organization.
• Contribute to an environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise
• Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of the HID CrossMatch product and the services implementation methodology to build and share repeatable processes and quality deliverables that may be leveraged across multiple projects to increase speed and reduce costs
• Be a mentor and coach to other team members
• Contribute to the collective learning of HID seeking opportunities to identify and disseminate improvements to organizational methodology, processes, and practices
• Contribute to the consultant toolset by identifying trends and support internal documentation, development projects, and process improvements

• Have excellent understanding of Active Directory, A/D security and services, Group Policy Configuration, TCP/IP Networking and Routing and Domain Name Services
• Understands Client / Server architecture, Windows NPS, Active Directory Administration, and Federated Authentication
• Relevant experience in working over Citrix virtual apps and desktops

Education and/or Experience
• Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent
• Advance technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of database schema and queries
• Communication skills are extremely important: must be able to communicate at all levels within any
• organization; excellent written communication, verbal communication, active listening and presentation skills.
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Knowledge of Scripting language is advantageous
• Good understanding of what data migration entails
• Excellent knowledge of Database concepts. Hands of experience with SQL Server is a plus
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage
• Be a self-starter; able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Able to provide occasional support outside regular business hours.
• Strong business process, time management and analytical skills are essential.
• Programming fundamentals & experience with relational databases and data analysis is a plus
• A familiarity with cloud-based and on premise applications and architectures - web services, APIs and XML/JSON data structures is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed.

Language Skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

Computer Skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
