The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for coordinating marketing campaign planning and execution for the Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) Business Area’s (BA) Workforce Identity Management business. Offerings include identity authentication for workforces, visitor management, and physical identity and access management.

The position will report to the HID IAMS Senior Manager, Marketing Campaign and will focus on supporting the Workforce Identity Management Business Unit (BU) and will work in partnership with multiple disciplines including sales and business development, product marketing, and the global marketing and corporate communications teams.

 

What you will be doing

  • Create and develop Workforce Identity Management solutions marketing plans in close coordination with Product Marketing Manager and BU leadership
  • Execute and monitor demand creation programs, ensuring quality lead generation and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with BU and area marketing, sales and global resources in the development of campaign assets including webinars, press releases, social media posts, collateral, blogs, customer case studies, infographics, etc.
  • Support product positioning, value proposition and differentiation messaging developed by Product Marketing Manager for cohesive and effective campaigns
  • Work with digital engagement resources to ensure that inbound buyers’ journey is engaging and performing to targets – this includes recommending webpage refreshes and optimization as well as blog and content ideation and facilitation
  • Support the Workforce Identity Management Market Segment Team strategic development efforts and marketing requirements
  • Collaborate, communicate, and delegate BU marketing priorities to shared Business Area resources and coordinators
  • Provide messaging templates and contact list guidance for Sales Development Representatives

 

What we are looking for 

  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Experience creating and implementing successful demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, product management, sales, customers, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong writing and editing abilities. Capable of crafting compelling webcopy and writing for SEO
  • History of content creation, content marketing experience and developing a digital buyers journey
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM foundations and best practices
  • Able to work with limited supervision, and self-directed to achieve aggressive program goals
  • History of budget management and demonstrated ability to work within fixed budgetary guidelines
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets

 

Who you are         

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or related area
  • Applicants with equivalent education plus relevant job experience may also be considered
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing / demand generation / integrated marketing.
  • Physical security, cybersecurity, or SaaS marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in working with and managing external vendor/partner relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; marketing automation tools (Marketo); project management tools (Workfront); CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of Allocadia, Smartsheet applications is a plus
