The Role:

International bullies are hacking into companies and governments across the Americas.  We are the good guys.  Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to:

  1. Identify, recruit, onboard and manage partners within Latin America which will contribute to pipeline, bookings and revenue to protect Client IT Systems from hacking. This position will coordinate closely with the North America Channels Director and the Marketing Channels team.
  2. You will also be responsible for direct sales within Latin America.

These are the details –

Overarching responsibilities will include account profiles, monitoring competitor activity to with help all communications with resellers and distributors.  They will need to create territory and account plans for growing market share and communicating channel activities and providing data to assist in the forecasting process. 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Identify and engage new partnerships to fill gaps and enhance Crossmatch position in the respective markets.
  • Drive sales through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Forge, enhance and/or maintain key strategic partnerships.
  • Develop a plan to enhance these partnerships by truly understanding the sweet spot of each partner and then developing relationships accordingly.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Successfully drive booking and revenue objectives in assigned region to meet / exceed quota.
  • Major focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities to improve market coverage, increase market share, and grow revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objectives.
  • Create and implement account acquisition and growth strategy, including developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
  • Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address opportunities.
  • Reviews market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to profit from them.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:  None

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within various departments
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • The ability to work comfortably with C-level executives in Crossmatch and partner organizations.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft, Salesforce
  • Language skills:  Proficient reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment is required;
  • Experience in IT Security and or biometric identity management industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Experience using CRM, preferably with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas.

Travel Requirement: 

  • Travel will be required both domestically and internationally; should not exceed 30-50% of the time, but may be more than 50% during key projects
