What you will be doing

The mission is twofold. You will develop HID Global’s position as the “Trusted Advisor” to specifiers and create pull-through sales of HID Globals’ hardware and cloud solutions. You will be able to identify construction projects (at design, retrofit or refurbishment stages) and specify HID Global solutions to achieve yearly revenue target and drive our PACS offer placement with internal and external stakeholders. On top of that, as the construction industry is undergoing digitization, with BIM and cybersecurity becoming key considerations, you will develop new grounds for HID Global, identifying new specifier ecosystems and new specification services/tools requirements. For that role we require a knowledgeable and experienced business professional to nurture HID Globals’ specification sales opportunities and presence within the consultants/engineers/specifiers community. . Travel and field work within the assigned region is also a key requirement.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Security Consultant Relations Manager to work as a Consultant Business Manager, PACS with a good understanding and experience within the construction and security consulting markets, able to translate technical information into specifications to effectively support design projects.  You will have a strong understanding of the construction industry design cycles and value chain, certification in CPP, PSP, CISSP, Comptia A+ is a plus for this role.  Ideally you will be degree qualified in engineering with experience in sales business management.  A customer centric approach is vital along coupled with a sense of competitive drive and motivation to stay focused on this mission and results.
