A note from HID Global's CEO regarding our proactive measures against COVID-19

Dear Customer,
The health and safety of HID Global’s employees, customers and partners is our primary concern as we continue to monitor the coronavirus COVID-19. HID is building upon information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local and national agencies in several countries to inform our decision-making.

In response to this information, HID Global has taken several steps to ensure business continuity and the continued health and safety of our employees:

  • We have implemented work from home guidelines based on recommendations from local and national agencies. We have taken steps to test our infrastructure and IT systems before making this decision to limit disruptions and maintain customer support and business continuity during this time.
  • We have limited outside visitors to our facilities. Employees are encouraged to use virtual meeting tools to conduct internal and external meetings as appropriate. Additionally, all business travel is postponed until further notice.
  • Our manufacturing sites are operating with additional precautions including increased cleaning of facilities, shift adjustments and spacing increases.
  • We are in daily communications with our supply and transportation partners and will inform you directly of any impact to your product deliveries.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and inform you of any further changes as necessary.
