HID® InvoTech™ On-Prem Uniform System
HID’s InvoTech On-Prem Uniform System manages all uniforms throughout their life — from purchasing and daily use to final discard. The system knows exactly which uniforms are in inventory, where each garment is located and who is responsible for them. It helps ensure quality control and forecast purchases by reading the RFID tags attached to the uniforms and constantly updating the status of each garment, providing critical information such as:
- Uniform types, sizes and quantities by location (In Stock, At Employee and At Laundry)
- Employee uniform assignments, values and responsibilities
- Which uniforms have been sent to the laundry and received back clean
- Aging of inventory (based on wash cycles and days active)
- Improves labor productivity by eliminating manual tasks, automating recordkeeping and improving information
