This list of mobile devices is regularly updated to show those deemed to be compatible with the latest version of the HID Reader Manager App. Devices are marked as compatible only where data indicates that customers experience a high success rate when using the device. Less common devices may therefore not be listed, although compatible. Due to the vast number of devices, their countless subversions, country-specific settings, and network operator-specific settings, we cannot test all available variations. NFC will only support reader configuration updates.
HID will not support mobile devices with known end-of-life status. The device list will be updated twice a year.
It is likely that an EOL’d device may continue to run the Reader Manager application, but we are no longer testing compatibility, nor supporting users with these devices
