HID eWindow™ enables the antenna design to be fully customized so that a word, logo or even a frame can appear inside a clear window. With HID eWindow, the design of the antenna can be used as the background artwork - overlapping lines or pictures created with laser engraving - to generate a unique, custom-designed security feature.

HID Secure Edge™ delivers strong UV fluorescence to the edge of a polycarbonate (PC) datapage. The fact that only the edge of the document fluoresces makes this feature extremely difficult to counterfeit, while also providing tamper evidence.

HID Paperlam® Shield
HID Paperlam® Shield is an innovative thin electromagnetic barrier, smoothly integrated into a paper e-Passport inlay. When the passport booklet is closed, the shield material makes the chip inaccessible; conversely, when the booklet open, the chip can be read normally.

HID DBond™
HID Global's DBond™ (Direct Bonding) technology directly connects an RFID wire antenna to a microchip without the need for a bulky module housing. As a result, ultra-thin inlays and prelaminates can be created allowing the card or passport manufacturer more flexibility in the design of their document.
