If you are an end user or installer experiencing a post-sales technical problem with an HID product, contact your integrator, reseller, or internal support team for assistance. If you are a distributor, reseller, integrator, or support team member of an end customer that has purchased direct from HID, please complete troubleshooting of your issue including steps to reproduce the problem, and then contact Technical Support for:

  • Advanced troubleshooting for suspected product bugs
  • Product or documentation enhancement requests
