Becky Thompson

Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources

Becky joined HID in 2019 and has been a valuable member of the HID Human Resources team, working with the Secure Issuance (SI) and Citizen Identity (CID) Business Areas. She is an accomplished leader and brings to this position a breadth of experience in talent management, people development, M&A, talent acquisition and HR analytics.

Becky holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management and French from Gustavus Adolphus College. Her professional background includes over 20 years in Human Resources.
