Josh Freeman

Senior Vice President and Head of Operations

Josh Freeman joined HID in 2014 as Senior Director, Process Excellence. In 2015, he was promoted to VP of Quality and Process Excellence and promoted again in 2017 to VP, Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations. He became Senior Vice President and Head of Operations in 2022. He has over 20 years of operations experience, including working as a product engineer at Ford and as an operational leader at Dell Technologies. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Josh served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry officer from 1995 to 2000.
