Senior Vice President and Head of Legal

Karen Higgins joined HID in January 2018 as Associate General Counsel. In 2022, she became Senior Vice President and Head of Legal. Karen has over 24 years of experience practicing law spanning the sectors of government, private practice, academic, and in-house corporate. She holds a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University.
