Martin Ladstaetter

Senior Vice President and Head of Identity and Access Management Solutions

Martin Ladstaetter joined ASSA ABLOY in 2006 as Managing Director of ASSA ABLOY ITG’s RFID Development Center in Austria. From there he became Director of Product Management for the e-Government and Payment business segments. He joined HID in 2009 and served in Product Management roles for OMNIKEY and Embedded Technologies (now part of our Extended Access Technologies business area) driving major global product rollouts as well as customer integrations. He also led the Consumer Authentication business unit as Managing Director within the Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) business area and served as Vice President of Product Management for IAMS where he transformed the majority of the product lines towards cloud-based solutions and subscription billing methods. In 2021, Martin was promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of IAMS. Martin’s focus always has been to bring the best possible technical solutions to our customers, whilst driving their essential business needs forward. He holds a Master of Science in Electrotechnical Engineering and Biotechnical Engineering from Technical University in Graz and has a background in Telecommunication Engineering.
