Supported devices: Crescendo 4000 family. The Crescendo Minidriver is required to allow CNG applications, like the MMC certificates snap-in, to update key pairs and certificates in Crescendo 4000 card family. The Crescendo Minidriver provides a wide range of strong authentication, digital signature and encryption services — such as secure Windows log on, secure authentication to web sites, secure authentication to remote sessions, email digital signature, email and file encryption.
The Crescendo 4000 family supports the following cryptographic algorithms: RSA 2048, RSA 3072, RSA 4096, ECC 256, and ECC 384.
