Open Source Code Distribution and Notices for HID’s Networked Access Solutions
HID’s Networked Access Solutions products, including controllers (aka access control panels) named VertX EVO, EDGE EVO Host App, VertX, EDGE Host App and EDGE Solo App, incorporate software subcomponents covered by the terms of third party copyright notices and license agreements contained at the link below. Please note that HID Global’s controller user space access control applications themselves are not open source and not covered by GPL licenses. Only the embedded LINUX and a few other supporting applications are covered by the GPL license. If you are interested in becoming an HID Global Development Partner, we do provide an application interface to controllers where by software providers create whole access control system solutions. If you are interested in investigating becoming a partner, please contact HID Global sales team.
